Being involved in customer service and sales roles for the past 30 years, I feel and I understand what it takes to succeed in this new chosen career path. Having previously worked in the baby industry, it allowed me to learn various customer service techniques to provide exceptional customer service.
Passion and a drive to succeed in the retail industry was what saw me to a career in Real Estate as the Receptionist, to assist the sales team and property manager’s tasks, helping tenants and landlords with issues, problem solving with satisfaction and building relationships with prospective clients.

Carl is the longest serving member at ASL. He was involved in the formation of the company in August 1988 and has had various roles within the organization since then.
After graduating from Latrobe University with an Economics Degree, Carl started a residential building company, which he ran with his wife Glenys. His successful building company was merged with the real estate business as a result of the synergies between the two companies. In his current role, Carl oversees the financial management and control of business and is an integral part of the success at ASL.
Married, with three children and two grandchildren, this dynamo keeps on keeping on.
Celestine is a long standing member of the ASL team having joined in 1999. ASL’s diverse range of real estate has allowed Celestine to fully experience many types of real estate sales and Celestine has found her niche in Child Care, Aged Care and Retirement Living Sales.

Having completed a business degree with a major in marketing, David understands the commercial environment and the issues of concern to property investors. David believes in providing reliable advice to landlords and maintaining productive relationships with tenants and other stakeholders.

Emma is absolutely loving being a part of the ASL Real Estate team, having joined the company as Assistant to Celestine in March 2012.
She has worked in the customer service industry for a number of years, having previously worked at a local supermarket and as a waitress at a wedding reception venue and this is her first job working in the real estate field.
As a result of the experiences she has been exposed to in these industries, it has allowed her to learn various customer service techniques and she always aims to provide the highest level of customer service to those she deals with.
Emma is a hard worker & a perfectionist and is determined to succeed and this helps to ensure that the work produced by her is of a high standard.
Acting as Celestine’s Administrative Assistant, Emma finds herself assisting Celestine with her day to day tasks which help to keep her very busy. The position is a learning curve as this is the first time Emma has worked in a role like this however the learning is fun and rewarding, especially when you see a property you have worked on turn into a sale.
In her spare time, Emma thoroughly enjoys dancing which she has been doing since she was 4 years old. She has completed classes in various styles of dance; jazz ballet, tap, hip hop and the most recent being Latin which she has been doing for many years.
Emma also thoroughly enjoys experiencing the wonderful tourist attractions and scenic drives Melbourne has to offer, and catching up with friends and family in between time. All of these contribute to Emma’s happy and friendly disposition.

Glenys was a founding member of the company in August 1988.
Together with husband Carl she ran a building company and the real estate practice. Glenys has extensive experience in all facets of real estate and is currently completing her Real Estate License course.
Her current role at ASL Real Estate is office manager and her high standard of work always achieves the best for her clients.
Glenys enjoys spending time with her family; she has three fantastic children, two beautiful daughters-in-law and two glorious grandsons, with two other grandchildren on the way.
Glenys enjoys spending time exercising in the gym and outdoors, she enjoys participating in fun runs and boot camps. After completing first Melbourne Marathon in 2007, she now has her sights firmly fixed on the New York Marathon in November 2011.
Jonathan was born in Hong Kong and moved to Australia in 2001. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Being able to speak these languages gives him the ability to relate and understand the needs of both the Chinese and Australian communities.
Being the eldest child in the family, he has learnt to guide, care and assist other people from a young age. After graduating from Swinburne University, Jonathan worked as an Account Executive in the giftware wholesale industry. His interest in Real Estate and change in career was sparked when he was looking for his first property and the average service he received. Since then, he has been very passionate about providing an efficient, effective, responsive and knowledgeable service to both his Vendors and Purchasers.
Jonathan believes that a good balance between work and leisure is key. When not selling houses, he has a broad range of hobbies and interests. These include motorsport, social sports, fitness, gaming, travelling, cooking, collecting sneakers and spending time with his dogs! These interests have created a broad network of clients for Jonathan.

As an Admin person I am lucky to be involved in every aspect of the exciting world of real estate. There is always something new to learn.
Since graduating from University, I have been involved in office work and have further qualifications in business management. After hours I spend my time with doing yoga, dancing and I enjoy reading, gardening and walking my dog.

Neil Jenkins is one of the longest standing members of ASL Real Estate and has been instrumental in the development of the child care and aged care departments.
He has worked in Real Estate for 30 years beginning with residential sales in the inner city area, then as managing director of Eastern Real Estate in Blackburn for approximately 8 years and as manager of a Real Estate Office in Balwyn. Neil continued his real estate career as a Business Broker and for 20 years has been with ASL Real Estate.
As a Business Broker Neil has worked for our Aged Care and Child Care Division for ASL which has been successful for 20 years.
Neil’s enthusiasm and professional negotiation skills have made him one of the industry's most sort after agent. His outcomes are outstanding.
Neil is happily married and lives in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs. When Neil is not at work he is still working - except when on vacation deep sea fishing looking for Mr Big –

Victor has always been interested in the Real Estate industry at a young age. Growing up there were two jobs that sparked his interest; Sales or being a Lawyer due to his perky personality.
Victor grew up in the City of Boroondara in his junior years having attended Deepdene Primary School before moving to the City of Manningham and studied at Camberwell Grammar in his senior years, finally onto Latrobe University.
Victor was previously employed as the NBN Specialist at Telstra where he was in charge of helping the roll out in the Northern suburbs including, Preston, Bundoora and others in the area. This exposure greatly advanced his knowledge in a great deal of areas around Melbourne not just limited to Manningham.
Victor’s interest ranges from technology, property to motorsport, all of which have become his hobby which gave him a lot of passion and knowledge towards these areas.
A typical weekend when he is not out racing on the racetrack, under his car or researching property would ideally be catching up with his friends or on road trips exploring this beautiful county.
