As Director of ASL Real Estate, Guido Bonanni has a real passion for real estate which goes well beyond simply putting together a deal. His astute analysis of current market trends, his business acumen and extensive knowledge indicate that he is a true professional who considers all angles of an issue and recognises the positives in a given situation.
Studies in Marketing, experience in hospitality and a position as Corporate Mobility Manager with Telstra, provided an ideal background to a real estate career established over 17 years ago. Guido’s natural ability to articulate clearly and with conviction is a tremendous asset in negotiating and finalising each transaction. When viewing a property, his energetic enthusiasm becomes contagious as he observes the fine architectural details and the popular selling features.
Having lived in the Manningham area since 1980, Guido appreciates its peaceful environment with close proximity to public transport, quality retail outlets, schools and parks. With real estate as an all-consuming passion, he often cites it as a hobby. But close friends also know him as a dedicated family man who loves spending time with his Wife and 2 children Domenic and Amelia. At leisure he enjoys a round of golf, bike riding, watching sport, spending time at the beach and indulging in the wonderful cuisines Melbourne restaurants offer.
Professionally, Guido cites client satisfaction as his main objective with an outstanding result as the ultimate reward, providing that personal "buzz". His conscientious approach balances attention to the business issues with sensitivity for the client's individual circumstances.
Since embarking upon a real estate selling career in 2000 Guido has maintained an enviable record of success, becoming top salesperson within ASL Real Estate. His move to director and now O.I.E.C enables him to offer clients more individual and personalised service. Over the years he has developed a loyal clientele, a measure of the esteem in which he is held.
With a proven history Guido carries the seal of the industry through client satisfaction. But we all know that it takes more to create a true professional. Guido's caring personality together with his sharp business sense make a winning combination for all those he takes on board. With Guido looking after your interests, you too can be a winner.

Being involved in customer service and sales roles for the past 30 years, I feel and I understand what it takes to succeed in this new chosen career path. Having previously worked in the baby industry, it allowed me to learn various customer service techniques to provide exceptional customer service.
Passion and a drive to succeed in the retail industry was what saw me to a career in Real Estate as the Receptionist, to assist the sales team and property manager’s tasks, helping tenants and landlords with issues, problem solving with satisfaction and building relationships with prospective clients.
Patience and dedication are qualities which I have also attained while working in a fast-paced environment and I am certain will only prove to be beneficial characteristics to whatever environment I am in.
I have recently completed a Certificate IV in Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Frontline Management to assist me in achieving my goal.
When I am not working I love to cook for my family, enjoy ten pin bowling, taking long drives, spending time with my partner and simply enjoying life.

Victor has always been interested in the Real Estate industry at a young age. Growing up there were two jobs that sparked his interest; Sales or being a Lawyer due to his perky personality.
Victor grew up in the City of Boroondara in his junior years having attended Deepdene Primary School before moving to the City of Manningham and studied at Camberwell Grammar in his senior years, finally onto Latrobe University.
Victor was previously employed as the NBN Specialist at Telstra where he was in charge of helping the roll out in the Northern suburbs including, Preston, Bundoora and others in the area. This exposure greatly advanced his knowledge in a great deal of areas around Melbourne not just limited to Manningham.
Victor’s interest ranges from technology, property to motorsport, all of which have become his hobby which gave him a lot of passion and knowledge towards these areas.
A typical weekend when he is not out racing on the racetrack, under his car or researching property would ideally be catching up with his friends or on road trips exploring this beautiful county.
Customer advocacy to Victor is an integral part of business and something he strives for. No matter whom you are; buyer, seller or just a passer-by, Victor will endeavour to provide you with the finest customer experience. Nothing is more rewarding than to see the smile on a client’s face and their appreciation.
